Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

NuNu Fashions (www.nunufashions.com) is operated by Muhammad Diligent Blesslee, Varkala, Kerala, India.

Unboxing video is required
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged, defective, wrong or missing item, you must record a clear unboxing video when you open your parcel. The video must:
- start with the sealed, unopened parcel, showing the shipping label
- be one continuous recording, with no cuts, pauses or edits
- clearly show the product and the problem

Claims without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted. This protects every customer and keeps our prices low.

Damaged, defective, wrong or missing item
If your order arrives damaged or defective, is missing an item, or is not the item or model you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Email nunufashions.2025@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp or Instagram (@nunu_fashions) with your order number and the unboxing video. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. If we need the item back, we will share the return address and arrange or reimburse the return shipping.

Change of mind
2-day exchange on jewellery: changed your mind about a piece? Message us within 2 days of delivery and send it back unused, in its original packing. You pay the return courier; once we receive it, we ship your new piece free. If the new piece costs more, you pay the difference. We do not give refunds for change of mind. Phone covers are made for specific models, so they cannot be exchanged for a wrong model chosen by the customer. Please check your iPhone model before ordering. If you are unsure, message us and we will help.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it is dispatched. Message us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card or net banking) within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it in your account. For a cash-on-delivery order, we refund by UPI to a number you give us.
