About us
www.nunufashions.com ("the website") is run by NuNu Fashions, a business operated by Muhammad Diligent Blesslee, Varkala, Kerala, India. "We", "us" and "our" mean NuNu Fashions. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products
We sell fashion jewellery, watches, bracelets and mobile phone covers. We try to show colours and details as accurately as possible, but the colour you see can vary slightly with your screen. Phone covers are made for the specific models listed on each product. Please choose your exact model.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include free delivery within India. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (Shopify and Razorpay). We never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successful and you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was clearly wrong because of an error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are linked at the bottom of every page.
Product care
Our anti-tarnish jewellery is designed for everyday wear. To keep it looking its best, avoid perfume, chemicals and long contact with water, and store it dry. Normal wear over time is not a defect.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, copy our photos or content without permission, or try to interfere with how it works. All photos, text and the NuNu Fashions name and logo belong to us.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as a phone getting damaged while in a case, beyond the price you paid for the product, to the extent the law allows.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Kerala.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
