Will it turn black?
The necklace and bracelet have an anti-tarnish finish, made so they won’t turn black with normal wear. We don’t make that claim for the studs. Put perfume and lotion on first and the jewellery on last, take it off before a bath or a swim, and store it dry. More on how long it lasts.
Is it real gold, silver or steel?
No. It is gold-tone fashion jewellery; the necklace and bracelet have an anti-tarnish finish. We don’t sell it as real gold, silver, stainless steel, waterproof or hypoallergenic, because we can’t promise those. What these words mean.
What is Lucky No. 7?
We count every order placed from 20 October 2026. Orders 7, 14, 21 and so on get back everything they paid, and keep the jewellery. No code, nothing to sign up for. Full rules
When will it arrive?
We pack and dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days (Monday to Saturday) anywhere in India, and it is free. You get tracking on WhatsApp or email.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout, or pay by UPI or card through Razorpay. For cash on delivery we message you on WhatsApp to confirm before we dispatch.
What if it arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
Record one unbroken video while you open the parcel. If anything is damaged, wrong or missing, tell us within 48 hours and we send a free replacement or a full refund.
Changed your mind? Jewellery can be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, unused and in its packing. You pay the return courier, we ship the new piece free.

How to keep it gold
Open it on video
Film the parcel from sealed to open. If anything is wrong, that video gets you a free replacement.
Perfume first, jewellery last
Let perfume, lotion and hair oil dry before you put it on. Take it off before a bath or a swim.
Wipe it dry
A soft, dry cloth takes off sweat and salt before they settle. No toothpaste, lemon or silver dip.
Pouch or box, kept dry
Keep it out of the bathroom. In the monsoon, a silica gel sachet in the box helps.
